The IX International Festival "BUILD SCHOOL" has concluded in Moscow, and this year, three projects from the ATRIUM bureau received the highest awards for the most vibrant and effective architectural solutions in the educational typology.

For nine consecutive years, the competition's exhibition has showcased the finest preschool and school building projects, underscoring the vital role of educational spaces in shaping contemporary national culture.

The festival's top honor, the GRAND PRIX, was awarded to ATRIUM for its work on the Mayak Center for the Adaptation of Deafblind Youth People. The completed facility is designed to prepare young people aged 18–25 for adult life. To this end, architects developed a unique spatial system featuring a complex network of routes and obstacles, training residents to navigate urban environments independently.

The Educational Complex Sirius received a Gold Diploma, once again affirming the project’s ambition to become the country's finest school. A true "city within a city," it integrates cutting-edge pedagogical concepts, sustainable design solutions, and tools for fostering urban communities.

A Silver Diploma was awarded to the T-EACH Educational Complex in Astana, which has become one of Kazakhstan's most modern educational facilities. The architects created a rich educational environment, harmonizing its aesthetic with local cultural traditions.

Throughout the development of all these projects, a distinct design methodology has been refined. Its application will enable the creation of a new standard of educational environments in schools across Russia and beyond.
