According to research conducted by consulting firm trust engineering at the end of 2025, based on data from the Unified Information System for Housing Construction, architectural studio ATRIUM secured the leading position in Moscow by volume of authorial residential architecture.

The analysis covered 132 residential complexes developed by 54 organizations and recorded 243,801 square meters of residential space across seven completed projects delivered by the studio during the reporting period.

With experience spanning virtually all typologies and scales — from master plans to landscape design and art installations — the studio approaches each project holistically. ATRIUM conceives residential complexes as social cores of urban life, where increased density coexists with the quality of public space, and market dynamics are balanced by the long-term value of the environment. Each of the seven realized projects offers Moscow a contemporary solution grounded in the equilibrium between urban planning requirements and human scale.
