ATRIUM on the path to shaping Saudi Arabia's Cities of the Future
ATRIUM on the path to shaping Saudi Arabia's Cities of the Future

On December 1, in Riyadh—at the very heart of one of the most ambitious urban projects of the 21st century — a panel discussion titled "Building Sustainable Cities: Russian-Saudi Cooperation in Infrastructure and Construction" took place. The event brought together architects, urban planners, investors, and government representatives — key stakeholders shaping the cities of tomorrow.

Representing Russia at the forum was Anton Nadtochiy, founder and chief architect of ATRIUM. In his address, Anton highlighted the potential of the Russian architectural school as a valuable partner in implementing the Kingdom’s strategic urban initiatives.

Russian architects — particularly those working in the complex and dynamic environment of Moscow — have already developed a robust expertise that enables them to successfully and creatively tackle large-scale professional challenges. Our experience designing projects across Central Asia and the MENA region further equips us to contribute to major international developments, including such ambitious initiatives as the transformation of Saudi Arabia's urban landscape.

We are ready today to offer modern, technology-driven architectural solutions that carefully integrate local conditions and cultural codes, fully aligned with the Kingdom's strategic vision and the spirit of Russian-Saudi cooperation.

Since its inception, ATRIUM has accumulated extensive experience in delivering diverse architectural projects across Central Asia and the MENA region. Against this background, the studio’s interest in Saudi Arabia represents a natural and strategically logical step forward.
