The Iskrennost' quarter in the Symbol residential complex wins the 100+ Awards

The Iskrennost' Quarter in the SYMBOL residential complex has been named the winner of the 100+ Awards, a nationwide engineering and architectural prize, in the category “Best Architectural Solution: Residential Building.”

The 100+ Awards are part of the large-scale 100+ TechnoBuild forum — the largest professional platform in Russia, bringing together architects, engineers, and developers from around the world. The award recognizes outstanding achievements in architecture and construction that reflect innovation, sustainability, and a meaningful contribution to the development of modern urban environments.

The Iskrennost' Quarter serves as a key element in the large-scale redevelopment of the former Serp i Molot plant — one of Moscow’s most significant urban transformation projects in recent years.

The architectural concept continues the idea of a comprehensive transformation of industrial heritage into a comfortable, multi-layered urban environment. The central element of this new space is the "Green River" Park, which stretches along the former industrial zone. Its landscape framework is seamlessly integrated into both public and private areas of the residential quarters, creating a fluid connection between nature and architecture.
