Recently, the shortlist for the Moscow's main Architectural Award was announced: in the category «Best Architectural and Urban Planning Solution for a Multi-Apartment Residential Building,» our project of a multifunctional residential complex in Nagatinsky Zaton (Southern Administrative District) was presented.
The project concept embodies ATRIUM's signature approach: spatial logic, an expressive silhouette, and social function are intertwined into a single architectural statement, creating a new identity for the place. The project organically integrates the unique landscape of the backwater with the rapidly developing urban environment.
The planning structure is based on three towers connected by a stylobate ribbon, which smoothly «flows» into the public spaces of the embankment. The embankment area becomes an extension of the complex, offering residents and district guests a well-equipped environment for relaxation and socializing.
The project includes various functional zones: offices, a hotel, private townhouses, «green offices» along the embankment, and preschool facilities for 150 children. A looped route connects the complex to the city, and the underground parking frees the courtyard for people.
The award ceremony will take place in the summer of this year.
More details about the project are available on the official award website.
