Quadrohouse village concept
The customer of the village, in which each house was to be a block of four separate modules, dreamed of ultra-modern architecture and innovative approaches to construction.

At the same time, the developer's concept is to offer stylish but affordable housing. In response to the task, the "Quadrohouse" was developed - a cross-shaped four-part volume in which the blocks are turned relative to each other, and their proportions and number of storeys are changed so that each has a separate entrance, a private green area where the windows of neighbors do not face, and an open terrace. The latter - together with the complex silhouette of the walls and roof - is formed by a multifunctional shell that covers the "Quadrohouse" from above. This same shell allows you to personalize each house in the block - due to the variety of shapes and finishing materials. Each "Quadrohouse" is allocated a plot of 11 acres. Built in a row, the block houses form a façade line with active plasticity, which is also good because closed courtyard spaces appear between them - clearly defined or flowing into each other. The interior footage of each house varies from 150 to 250 sq.m., with the first floor always having a kitchen-living room, storage room, garage, guest room and bathroom, and the second floor having three or four bedrooms, two more bathrooms and additional storage space. The third floor can be either an open terrace or a full set of rooms: an office, a winter garden, a bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom.
Overall, the solution allows the potential owner to get modern, comfortable and spacious housing on a private plot at an economical price.
