School for 1100 pupils specializing in chemistry and biology in the 12th neighborhood in Shchukino
The sharp change of the relief heights (about 15m) and extremely limited site area have led to the increase complexity and unconventionality of accepted lay-out spatial architectural solutions.

The volumes of primary and high school buildings form a courtyard, and there's a natural amphitheater designed for the organization of all-school meetings and other out-of-class activities in it. Due to the lack of territories planted with trees and shrubs, it was necessary to place public zones including lobby, dinning room, assembly hall, as well as the cloak-rooms and administration offices on the levels, which are semi-sunken into the relief, and to add some more daylight illumination by constructing a glazed atrium. To provide a better interconnection between the buildings there are two overhead walkways which perform some other functions in addition of a standard school, when one enters the building. For example this original loop, the structure of which reminds the structure of DNA molecule, incorporates the exhibition spaces, a mobile lecture hall, Internet-cafe and even school planetarium.
