Z-House residential complex

The plot on the site of the former Moscow accordion factory named after the Red Army, lost among the lanes of Plyushchikha, miraculously remains undeveloped to this day. Located near the Savvinskaya embankment and a large park area on Maiden's Field, it is a rare example of a "quiet center" in the capital, and in an environmentally friendly area. The spot of construction is skillfully carved out between existing buildings - hence its non-standard shape, which required an equally non-standard approach to forming the architectural volume. The blocks that form it not only have different heights, but also different configurations, "descending" towards the embankment with an arrhythmic zigzag, to which the house owes its name. Thanks to this, luxurious panoramic views open from each floor to both sides: the western facade overlooks the river, the eastern one - the skyscraper constellation of "Moscow-City", with another "star" being the high-rise portion of the new house when viewed from the water.
